Medical Marijuana

  • What is the process?

    First, we will need to make an appointment with Dr. Topp, our state licensed medical marijuana (“MM”) provider. Before your visit, click here to fill out pertinent information for submission to the health board. Dr. Topp will examine you and review your medical history to help determine if you have a qualifying diagnoses for MM.

  • What's next?

    Your information is then submitted to the Florida Department of Health. There is no guarantee your card will be approved. The final decision is left to the Florida Department of Health.

    If and when the state approves the application, you will be contacted with the info given to us by the state. Patient will be required to pay the state an additional fee for the MM card.

  • I have a MM card, what now?

    You will now be eligible to visit MM dispensary to fill prescriptions written by your health care provider. Charges will range based on your dispensary and products being filled.

Approved Symptoms

Patients are eligible to receive a certification for low-THC cannabis or medical marijuana if they suffer from the following conditions:

  • Cancer

  • Epilepsy

  • Glaucoma

  • HIV

  • AIDS

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

  • Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)

  • Crohn's disease

  • Parkinson's disease

  • Multiple sclerosis (MS)

  • Medical conditions of the same kind or class as or comparable to those above

  • A terminal condition diagnosed by a physician other than the qualified physician issuing the physician certification

  • Chronic nonmalignant pain caused by a qualifying medical condition or that originates from a qualifying medical condition and persists beyond the usual course of that qualifying medical condition
