  • At Topp Spine and Orthopedics, we understand that your first visit with us can be overwhelming. That's why we strive to make the process as seamless and comfortable as possible. During your first visit, you will be seen by Dr. Topp or one of our physician assistants.

We will conduct a full history and physical to understand your specific concerns and medical history. We encourage patients to bring any prior diagnostic imaging, specifically the imaging discs, so they can be reviewed with the provider. This information can help us make an accurate diagnosis and develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.

To save time during your visit, we also offer the option for patients to fill out their initial patient packets through our website. This helps to streamline the check-in process and allows us to focus more on your medical care.

If your visit is related to a motor vehicle accident or injury at work, we encourage you to bring in any details related to the incident. This can help us better understand the nature of your injury and provide appropriate treatment.

Based on the results of your history and physical, we may order further imaging, pain procedures, conservative management, or surgical recommendations. Our team will work closely with you to explain your options and develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

At Topp Spine and Orthopedics, we are committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to each of our patients. We are here to help you achieve optimal health and wellness, and we look forward to working with you on your journey to recovery.
